Actually, if you installed the RPM version, if should setup the zenoss script 
in the /etc/init.d/ folder...

then you only need to do:
/sbin/chkconfig zenoss on

and to make sure mysql is also starting:
/sbin/chkconfig mysql on

and the system will automatically start zenoss on bootup...
This is the standard RedHat way and much cleaner than playing with rc.local....
