OKAY. Now I can clarify some here: I am unable to SNMPWALK the device, using v1 or v2c, but I can model it using either v1 or v2c. This I believe is why I receive the SNMP agent down events.
But why? Its doing it on all 6 Win2003 machines now, all 6 have no firewall, the community names have to be right because its modeling them over SNMP! Grr..
