You can run a test to make sure that the user you are using to login to the foreign servers actually has rights to use WMI. If you open a Run Box and type WBEMTEST on a remote box, this test WMI access on the computer or device you are connecting too. In the first box type\\MYSERVER\root\default, then in the username box type the username and then the password in the password box. I had to run this test because I thought I had the correct permissions but I actually didn't. try this and make sure the user has access.
