I've seen a few other posts on this but there doesn't appear to be any resolution, so I'm hoping someone has an idea. We are monitoring many Windows and other devices with Zenoss 2.0.93 without issue, but when we monitor Windows 2000 Citrix boxes, we constantly get the following event:
snmp trap snmp_authenticationFailure from oldwin2kserver We have the community configured on the W2K boxes and have restarted the SNMP service. In addition, from the Zenoss server, I can do an snmpwalk of these boxes repeatedly without issue. We did reduce the zMaxOIDPerRequest in our Devices > zProperties from 40 to 20 to avoid extraneous restarts of the SNMP services on the monitored machines (read this in other posts). Otherwise the configuration is pretty plain, and none of the switches, routers, or Windows Server 2003 boxes are complaining about this. Here's the (ugly) pasted output from the event details. Does anyone have any ideas?
