I received a response from a tech at SNMP-Informant.

"SNMP Informant Advanced has a few Committed Bytes OIDs, and for systems with
greater than 4GB of RAM, we recommend using the CommittedMBytes OID
(1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.2.46.44.0). That ought to do it. The companion
AvailableMBytes OID is 1.3.6.1.4.1.9600.1.2.46.4.0."

This is now working for me.

BTW, the Advanced product is the one you have to pay for. These OIDs do not
exist in the Standard (free) SNMP-Informant.
