I know that with ipswitch, you can set up a 5 minute and 20 minute action. For example, 5 minute outtage will send mail to helpdesk to log a ticket. Then if the server is down for over 20 minutes, it will send an alert to everyone's cell phone. Does zenoss have this capability and if so how do i go about setting it up?
You can do this by setting the delay on the helpdesk alerting rule to 300 seconds (5 minutes) and to 1200 seconds (20 minutes) for the cell phone alerting rules.
