Kevin,
In order for a link to exist between two Locations, this complete
chain of relationships must exist between them (or any of their
children):
Location--Device--IpInterface--IpAddress--Network--IpAddress--
IpInterface--Device--Location
If you're trying to construct this chain manually, it's really easy
to leave something out unintentionally. If, on the other hand, the
Flash network topology map is drawing correctly (which calculates
links in roughly the same way), then it's possible there's a bug
somewhere.
Let me know if you need any assistance, or if you discover the break
in the chain (or a bug!).

Still no joy with this, however I think it may be because snmpwalk
cannot figure out my routing tables and therefore add everything
into the correct places.
I've tried added one of my subnets manually as a subnet of the
5.0.0.0/24 netowork and did a network discovery. The discover works
fine, but the subnet then shows up under /Networks and not under /
Networks/59.0.0.0
Just to point out, this is simply a cosmetic thing as I think it'd
be nifty to see lines branching out from our head office. Other
than this zenoss is working a treat and is one of the best Open
Source products I've ever stumbled across.
Keep up the good work guys.
