I've run up a test box with 2.1, and have a problem with discovery
of devices. On earlier beta versions, I had no problems, but with
2.1 few if any of the devices on the network are discovered via
SNMP. Manually adding the device and then modelling the device
seems to correctly talk to the device's SNMP agent.
Did you add your community strings to the /Devices zSnmpCommunities
for the 2.1 test box? Are you discovering from the web interface or
the command line?
Could you run zendisc on the network from the command line and send
the resulting output?
zendisc run --net=192.168.1.0
Obviously replace the 192.168.1.0 with the network you're trying to
discover.
