I shall draw your attention to this post about swapping the name of alloc.h to 
stdlib.h for the second step of this fix. Instead of just commenting it out.

'stdlib.h' for this. Here is a copy of the section in /usr/include/stdlib.h:"

So simply remove the : 
#include <alloca.h>
to
#include <stdlib.h>

I don't know if this makes things better but it does build and your not 
removing what could be some sort of dependency.
