On my Zenoss 2.1.0 VM appliance I am seeing the errors below on a
small number of specific devices, the error doesn't change (except
for the number) for each device.
Note that I can manually navigate to the os tab by adding /os to
the url, so other pages for this device work.
I have found other references to similar errors, in particular
suggesting that I delete the zope cache. I have deleted both the
Zope and Zenhub cache files and restarted. But this hasn't made any
difference.
You need to make sure that you shutdown zope (zopectl stop) before
you delete the zeo1-1.zec file. Then you can start it back up.
