OK I just figured this out (I think).
Goto your Device List, click a Device.
At the Device's page, click the down arrow to the left of the Status tab, goto
More > Templates.
Now you will see a page that is "Performance Templates for {your device name}
You will probably already have Device: Basic template that only collects
sysUpTime.
Click the down arrow on the left corner again, and choose Bind Templates...
Now in the Gray popup box, you can hold your CTRL key and left click to
multiple select if you want to bind more than one template to your device.
For example, I chose Device for my sysUpTime, AND ethernetCsmacd 75% threshold.
