Are you having trouble with network map or google maps portlet on the dashboard?
If it is the network map - have you modeled the device on which zenoss is installed and the routers "in front" of it? Do you see any errors in zenping log? If it is the google maps portlet - have you created the appropriate locations and placed the corresponding devices into them?
