it is the network map.. google is fine just mentioned it to say it's a working
component to zenoss but the other part wasn't so great.

I did however just noticed that as much as the installation worked after I
figured out that there is a damn service running on port 8100 (same as some
tomcat services which i had to move otherwise it hangs the installer), there
was also mentioned in the INSTALL.txt that you can start using the ./bin/zenoss
start command.
well I just happened to check the "status" and only the first 2 were started
since the installer.. *hint* might be an idea to start it for the user or at
least mention at the end of the install script to START it......

now i got it started.. also noticed it's whinging about root.. is it safe to
start this as root? Will it setuid to the zenoss user automatically???

Also, I don't understand what you mean by "modelled". any hint as to where to
go or needs to be done to get it to "model"......
