You'd base the alert on the event summary, i.e. device foo is down ...

Right now, I do not how I can make zenoss only page out if the server goes down and not also page for http and other services not running. See we are paying a 3rd party company to monitor our level 1 support issues, and we want the minimum amount of pages possible. so if a box is up and http goes down and we get paged for it thats fine, but if a box goes down we do not want alerts going out for the rest of the services as well. I hope I was clear enough....
