In a perfect world for example I would like to have a "portlet" in Zenoss that allows me to watch the activity on Websphere MQ queues.....once again I have done this using Python / Turbogears and AJAX before BUT just need to know how to stick that into Zenoss....

We are currently running the latest version of Zenoss on Windows in a VM obvioulsy....but for the life I me all I get is ERRORS when I try load ANY ZenPack into it.......either that or my Internet Explorer dies on some screens, for example when trying to configure a data source for the HTTP Monitor Zenpack.

To get the Websphere MQ data you should probably setup a JMX type data source that pulls the MQ specific data source through the JMX framework. Once you get the data points into the template you can threshold and graph on them however you choose.

Could you post the errors you're getting when you try to install the ZenPacks?
