       Errrrmmmm......   I don't have a good answer for you.    I normally use 
the VMWare image to test my code out and then scp it back to another machine 
with subversion.   My life would be easier if they added subversion to the 
Zenoss rpath trove (? is that the right word?), but I'm basically not bothered 
very much by just using screen + vim.

      You may want to post to the zenoss-dev list and see what answers you get 
back.
