Try ${dev/hw/serialNumber}.
One way to explore this stuff is to use the Zope Manage Interface by
tacking "/manage" onto the end of the URLs. I'm not sure if the
RPM-based installs give the admin user zope Manager privs, but all my
source-base installs have.
In this case, you'd look at "http://.../{devicename}/hw/manage"; and
then choose the "Properties" tab to see the attributes on the hw object for
that device.
