I've conducted many tests with alerting rules, and the simple ones do
appear to work.
The one I really need to work is just slightly complex, and goes
something like:
Device Groups is not (like 5 of these)
Production is Production
Event State = New
Severity >= Error
Device Class begins with (3 of these)
There is an open ticket on this issue. It's a logic problem of "or"ing
together the "not like" filters.
