hi:
today our users report a windows 2003 server is off line. i found that
server is totally hang and can not ping, but zenoss didn't notice it after
several hours. the heath status shows green for the server, although the
system performance data stopped collecting. there are no events for the
server. where should i check to prevent this kind of mistake?
