Hi, I configured two Cisco switched to send snmp traps to Zenoss, in one of the switches I can drill down and see the status on each interface (if its up down, speed etc and in the other I cant) I see it in zenoss under componnent type-> ipinterface
how come that in can see it just in one switch? I want to be able to see it in the other one as well. the version of the switch that im able to see the interface status is 12.1 and the config I entered is: snmp-server community public RO 10 snmp-server location lab snmp-server contact juan snmp-server system-shutdown snmp-server enable traps snmp linkdown linkup snmp-server enable traps stpx snmp-server host 10.83.24.6 public the other switch in which I cant see the interface status the config is: snmp-server system-shutdown snmp-server enable traps snmp linkdown linkup snmp-server enable traps stpx inconsistency root-inconsistency loop-inconsistency and the ios version is 12.2 Under conponent type its written no records found! Why I cant see the status of the interfaces? Thanks a lot !
