That looks awesome! I imported it onto my system and everything looks good except the cacheRequestHitRatio.60 data source seems to be missing even though it is called for on the Squid cache hit ratio graph.
Also, our current method for distributed documentation like how to configure Squid to make this happen is to stick a README.txt file in the pack's root directory. Once you create the ZenPack from the web interface it will make a directory called $ZENHOME/Products/Squid. You can create the README.txt file in here and it will automatically be exported with your ZenPack.
