hi:
   i think the zproperties method won't work. i already tried and asked in the 
forum before. i don't know if it is fixed now.
  i am new to zenoss. i  spent lot of time to study in the forum when i
installed zenoss 2.1.  i often saw same questions/bugs ask in the forum
many times. maybe someone can list current bugs/workarrounds in
the top of the forum.
