Nortels are not bad to monitor in Zenoss. Most of the normal stuff Zenoss will find out on its own, as far as ethernet and the like. The other stuff you can just do an SNMP walk against the enterprise OID, and choose what you want to monitor. I am currently monitoring DS1 and DS3 media converters from Nortel, and have tested Zenoss against Passports in the past, with no problems.
