My biggest beef with Zenoss, with regards to Cisco ASA firewalls, is that the device OIDs that it chooses are either incomplete or erroneous.
It doesn't give the proper CPU utilization. Apparently Zenoss knows nothing about the OIDs for the ASA and assigns it the same ones are a Cisco router, which has a different OID for CPU utilization than the ASAs do. Unfortunately, not even Cisco's web site lists the proper one. It says that the router one is the correct one. And SNMP walk of the device gives no useful information either. -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=14893#14893 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
