I have the same problems with our ASA. I tried to submit a bug, but I didn't 
seem to have access to do so nor the access to create an account.

So, if any developers see this, I'm willing to invest my own time with you to 
debug it on our ASA stack. 

This is a pretty huge bug, pretty much any companies with Cisco PIX are moving 
to the ASA.
