Hi JMP, thanks for your input. I unchecked send trap authentication, restart SNMP service. I then attempt to add the Device but it is still giving me the no snmp on IP error. I then perform an snmpwalk from the zenoss box to the windows box and it times out. I tried to perform an snmpwalk on the windows box to localhost and it is giving me the same 'Cannot find module' error. Any other ideas?
