Hello, I'm looking for a place to set the timeout for the IP Service checks. I currently have a set of SMTP servers that are constantly generating the following:
IP Service smtp TIMEOUT waiting for '220' IP Service smtp is down I have verified that the service is up, but may be slow. I can't seem to see a setting for increasing the time for the check. Changing zCommandCommandTimeout has had no effect.
