I'm looking for a place to set the timeout for the IP Service checks. I currently have a set of SMTP servers that are constantly generating the following:

IP Service smtp TIMEOUT waiting for '220'
IP Service smtp is down

I have verified that the service is up, but may be slow. I can't seem to see a setting for increasing the time for the check. Changing zCommandCommandTimeout has had no effect. The ZenStatus log has the following entries during a problem:

2008-01-10 05:15:13 INFO zen.ZenStatus: Finished 9 jobs (9 good, 0 bad) in 15.01 seconds 2008-01-10 05:15:13 WARNING zen.ZenTcpClient: IP Service smtp TIMEOUT waiting for '220'

You're looking for the zStatusConnectTimeout property instead of zCommandCommandTimeout.
