I have several networks in which I do not have a vpn conduit in place and would like to monitor them via outside interface. What I thought would work is specify different ports for snmp on each device behind the public IP. zenoss didn't like this because the public ip i'm using has already been used for one of the devices, I can't add anymore.
The firewall is configured to only allow connections from my network on the speicified snmp ports.
