Hey, I'm also having this problem on all of my windows servers - ERROR_SEM_TIMEOUT: The semaphore timeout period has expired. (121)
I'm also using ".\administrator" as the username. The servers are not in a domain, but the admin account has full admin privs of course. Password is standard alphanumeric, no special characters.
