I got past the "WMI bad state" error now I get: WMI connect error on DEVICE: com_error(-2147024891): DOS code 0x80070005
because of the numbers in the error code, google didn't show me anything. Does anyone have any ideas what this might be? uid and password are correct, the account is an administrative account, no firewall on the windows machine. Windows - WinXP Pro, most recent Updats Zenoss - CentOS 5, also latest updates via yum is done, zenoss version 2.1.2.
