I am having the same issue as well. All windows servers are running 64 bit versions and I purchased the advanced SNMP Informant.
None of my windows servers under zenoss display any CPU or memory graphs. I also have an older windows server (non 64 bit) using the free SNMP informant, and the graphs work fine.
