This is an old thread but I'm tweaking our config for this same thing right now.
In Zenoss, I've added each cluster node individually and the cluster itself. When the cluster fails over the disks appear on the other node. I've just removed all the cluster disks from the active node, hoping it will not reappear. When the disk is getting full I want to get one notification that disk on <cluster name> is above threshold. The only disks I've left on the cluster nodes are C:. I've also removed services from the cluster and it's nodes. Each node will monitor the "Cluster Service" service, but not the cluster itself, that will only monitor the services that are provided by the cluster (exchange, dhcp, etc.). Conversely the cluster nodes don't monitor the cluster provided services because when the cluster fails over we get notifications that Service X on node 1 is down. Overall it seems to be working great with respect to the selective services.
