That's offered in the Paid Enterprise version. That's why the stub is in
Core. I think you have two options, pay for the Enterprise Version, or
add in that functionality to the Core OSS version yourself. You could
keep requesting the feature from Zenoss, but that's a main part of their
Paid offering, and I would be surprised if they put it in Core anytime soon.

For me it is important to give users access to specific locations/devices. No
other locations/devices should appear when the user is logged in. Additional
the user should only see the events from the defined locations/devices. Maybe
