I know it's been discussed in several threads, but I've yet to find an answer. I'm currently running the 2.1.2 applicance on my ESX server with is based off of a Core2 Duo CPU. This server has 7 windows 2k3 VMs which I've installed SNMP Informant, I also have 1 Physical server (which has an AMD Opteron 165) . I can see most of the data on all of these servers except for the CPU info under the hardware tab, where the Mfg is "Unknown" and the Model is "Intel" with no speed ratings. I would like to get this function working if there is known fix. The funny thing is that the CPU is listed for the Zenoss server which is a VM. In addition I do get CPU utilization under the usage tab, so it's partially functional.
