So even after doing a full restart of Zenoss (and confirming no errors in zenhub.log), I went and added another device.
The result? It picked up on the http and https services (as it should have) as well as one of my non-standard port services which I'd defined. The same non-standard port as seen on the other host I'd recently added. But the other 3 services? Not there. I have no problems telnetting to those ports from the Zenoss server. What gives? Something tells me I may have to go take the Medium Hammer approach and go to the manage_catalogAdvanced page and click on Update Catalog. Again. Or maybe a dmd.Devices.reIndex() (followed by commit()). Again. Yeah, maybe that's the ticket.
