After fixing path issues of python I was able to solve the problem. Update doesn't feel for me to be an "one click" experience based on the knowledge I have.
Maybe I have to upgrade my knowedge too or the setup routine should be optimized. At this time I upgraded successfully - my knowledge and Zenoss.
