Eric, The wmic command seems to be working fine. As a matter of fact, it returns the results extremely quickly. I'm going to start playing with the MAX_WAIT variable in the next couple of hours.
Just as an FYI, the box I'm running Zenoss on is pretty heavily loaded. It usually is sitting at a load of 2.5-3.5 2-2.5 1.85-2.15. Also, as I stated in a different post. I wasn't having any WMI errors until I started adding more and more servers. Right now, I'm adding roughly 10 servers a week, and the issue is definitely getting worse as I add more servers. I'll reply back with my findings from the MAX_WAIT tinkering. In the mean time, if there's anything else I can help with, let me know.
