I have a similar situation. Using v2.1.71.
I created a handful of Services I wanted to monitor. Zenoss automagically picked up all of them. Except one. The one it didn't pick up is an unusual port. But so are most of the others. I tried remodeling a number of times. Finally I just gave up and edited each machine's profile by hand to add that particular IpService in. Seems to be working so far, but man, what a drag to have to do it by hand when all the others were seen immediately. I might go see if this is already posted as a bug in the next couple days.
