My gosh, that was actually it! I deleted the Zope cache, and voila! There's ZenOSS. It would have been a long time before I thought of that on my own... (if ever).
THANK YOU! What I don't get, though, is why this wasn't logged. Surely Zope should log an ERROR if it's going to crash from a bad cache.
