For further diagnostics I installed another 2.1.3 on a new physical server with 2 processors and 2 GByte of RAM, getting exactly the same error.
I'm wondering what is wrong, maybe: 1.) Only a few people have activated total Win Service monitoring via Classes-Services-WinServices-Zproperties zmonitor=true 2.) If some is using this configuration and does not get these errors, what have you modified?
