I was able to fix this issue by installing SNMP-Informant (standard) on the 
Windows server.  Remodel the device, wait for a few mins and the graphs will 
populate.  Also, try to run the snmpwalk command with the OID of 
1.3.6.1.4.1.9600 (refer to Chapter 15 in the Zenoss Admin Guide for help). If 
SNMP is set correctly, this command will return a lot of results.
