If the informant install didn't help - did you see if Informant was
actually running? That is, I've successfully installed Informant, but in
the event log it will show that the Windows SNMP service is skipping
loading it due to a missing dll (which is in the exact path listed in
the error). I have no idea if this is an informant error or a Windows
error, but without Informant *actually* running, the OIDs *will* be bad.
Simple work around for me would be to use one of the 2 WMI Zenpacks:

Which gets you more info anyway, or PerfMon Zenpack if you want to set
it up a little and use Windows PerfMon info rather than WMI:
