Hello Cluther:

In Zenoss users, I have configured three users to get alerts to their e-mail
ids. After I restart the zenoss it stopped sending alerts. I deleted the users
and added them again and trying to test their e-mail ids, I am getting the
following error message:

Test failed: socket.error - (111, 'Connection refused') 2008/04/08 11:11:57.

How to resolve this issue?

And also I have installed mysqlmonitor, even setup graphs to see the
performance of reads and writes to the database. It was working fine. today I
can see the graphs, but there is nothing in it. How to get the graphs back?

Thank you

Prasoona
