Looking through some of the Docs, it seems like I may be able to setup a particular device to be monitored the way I want it to, then through the zendmd, I can copy the templates to the rest of the devices within a certain class of systems:
http://www.zenoss.com/Members/netdata/zendmd-tips-and-tricks/ This link appears to show how to copy performance templates, but perhaps this method could be used for all monitoring (processes, ports, alerting rules, etc)? I'm not familiar with everything that will need to be copied to achieve this. Are there any docs, or can someone else lend their expertise?
