Hi I've done hours upon hours of searching forums, wiki, admin guide, lists etc but none have given me a complete guide to configuring zenoss to monitor windows services.
I've installed Python and Pywin on a windows machine and i'm trying to build the configuration files. This is failing with an Access Denied error. Anyways ... i've found some nuggets of information here and there but can anybody point me to the de facto way to install and configure, Python, Pywin, WMI, DCOM and ZenWin to allow the monitoring of windows services? Perhaps this is something that can be placed on the wiki? cheers!
