well i'm confused.  i thought you had to run a VM to use zenoss on windows 
machines.  as for the configuration all I had to do was make sure the zenwin 
(or whatever) daemon was running, and enter the appropriate zproperties for 
your windows machines in reference to login, then make sure that the windows 
box has the WMI service enabled and you should be good to go.  in case you're 
wondering i'm running zenoss core on a fedora 8 box.  to tell the truth, the 
windows machines have been far less troublesome to monitor than the linux 
machines.
