You know, this might be a timing issue - that is, it's trying to start a
new collection before it can finish the old one. Maybe try increasing
the time between collector runs from 5 minutes to 10?
I know that with large numbers of devices you need to either really have
a powerful system running Zenoss (with LOTS of RAM) or collect less
frequently.
