Hello all, I am currently setting up a zenoss core system running on centoss. This is a running on a MS Virtual server and we want to use it to monitor a lot of our own windows servers and windows servers of our clients.
It has easily discovered and setup about 8 windows servers now all with SNMP Informant installed. On my test machine I had to wait 24 hours for graphing to appear, but now with the live system 24 hours later graphs, uptime, filesystem and other statistics are still not reporting. It probably sometyhing simple like having to reastrt snmp after insatlling SNMP Informant but i'd like to know what exact steps I should be doing before I go restarting services on live servers. One other thing we have opened ports on our system firewalls to allow zenoss to talk on 162, what ports should i be requesting our security team to open up for zenoss?
