Is this for Zenoss core? Because I don't think you can have more than
the 2 levels in Core - that is, user, and Manager. Otherwise, it's not
set up to have more granular access control.
Enterprise can and does support more granular control, so maybe you can
program it into Core, but it's not in there by default.

I'm trying to do this, but I'm unsure of the options I need to select. I created the role
"Operator". I tried going through and guessing on the options, loosely based on
the Manager role. Unfortunately, when I try and assign a user to this role, I get:
Zenoss Error
[b]Type:[\b] KeyError
[b]Value:[\b] 'Operator'
Traceback (innermost last):

* Module Products.PluggableAuthService.plugins.ZODBRoleManager, line 285,

KeyError: 'Operator'
Any thoughts on what I need to do to add the "Operator" role?
Thanks.
